I am getting my hair cut soon and I want kinda choppy long layered bangs...(just long enough so they can go behind my ears)

So whats the difference between getting my hair cut with a Razor vs. getting it cut with scissors?

razor makes it more uneven

alot more choppy.. and feathery

only with scissors can you get a precise cut

razor gives a more blunt cut and scizzors is a straight cut

also, if you have thin hair, a razor cut could give it more volume--i think all hairdressers can use razors if you want
