Hair Color/Style/Cut??

What is a good style hair cut for my face shape that is long, easy to work with, has shape, and preferably no bangs?

Also, if you can tell from the pathetic quality picture, would a medium chestnut red (irish-y) hair color look all right on me? Sort of a red/brown blended thats not coppery or yellowy or harsh/bright. Hmm?

a really strong a-line. short , like at the base of the neck in the back and long in the front, like to the shoulders or longer. its really fun, i love a-line. no bangs required! reds are also fun, especially when they hit the sun just right.
