Straight across hair cut or layers?

I have dark brown, sort of wavy hair which was long and layered then it got cut to my shoulder but still layered.

I have had layered hair for a while now and was wondering if i should get the straigh across cut.

btw my hair is healthy i havnt died it or heat styled it or anything and its pretty shiny.

i'd keep the layers, depending on how thick it is it might poof a little at the bottom if you have it straight across.

if its long you can cut it straight across.
