What hair cut is the best for culy hair?

My hair is about 4 inches past my shoulders and is very curly for the bottom half. But the top is like flat. I think it is because it is being weighed down by the bottom. I was thinking about getitng long layers but I dont know if that will solve the problem or if it is good for curly hair. By the way sometimes I straighten my hair so I need a cut that will look good curly and straight. So if you can help I need to now what cut and how long.

I wouldn't do nothing to it. Don't try to curl up the top cause if you do its gonna make your head look wider and just plain ugly. I would suggest to make it a little above your shoulders. Then you could do some high lights that kinda blend in with your natural color but just give it more texture and depth.

And by the way, don't make your hair curly make it wavy. I prefer it wavy than curly cause curly looks too fake.

make sure you get a good shampoo and curling balm. it will help that flat part out a lot. my hair is like that...tight curls underneath and flat on top. i would try a chin length bob angled toward your face (if you have a good face shape) with layers...it lightens up the curls. and i use kerastase in the orange bottle and it really helps my flat part get curly.
