i have dirty blonde / light brown hair

i have pale skin

my hair is like 4 inches past my shoulders with long layers and long side bangs

i have a heat/oval shapped face

i am going to get my hair highlighted - with a box (it too expencive for me to get it done professional - im only 13!)

what color should i get the highlights done

also how should i get my hair cut?

i am going to cut and highllight my hair within the next week

Keep the blonde as your base color.. go for dark lowlights chunky or slices to off set it.. that way your not all dakr washing you out.. and at the same time you off set the light hair =o)

hmm so your a dirrty blonde with light skin...i say go for low lights (go a darker color then lighter) i think that way it will bring out the darkness of your hair. that way you get the taste of being a brunette..like you want...without washing out your skin... hope it helps =]

also if that doesn't work...try buying something called sun-in. i know it's usually used in the summer but it can be used in the winter too. just spray it in after you get out of the shower and blow dry your hair. instead of dying your hair for permanent...it brings out your hairs natural highlights instead =]

haircut wise i would have to say....cut it about 4 inches so it just hits your shoulders and then layer and angle it...its edgy and modern...maybe a side bang or something...
