I am going to get another hair cut somewhere in July or August. I have had my hair in a U, a U and layered, and a V in layers. My mom wont allow it to be shorter than my shoulders. Right now it is in V and layers. Should I get it in the same way and shorter? I have my hair long and black. How do ya'll think I should get it cut. Please help.

i think u should keep it the same way or u could get side bangs
