no it will not look good, this hair looks stupid on everyone. it would be really stupid to get your hair cut like this and then in a few months the fad passes.. and she's stuck looking like an idiot.

Those hair cuts are ugly, No offence hun, but everyones getting a "mullet" hair cuts and there WAY out of style!There ugly and they layer your hair which take FOREVER to grow back, you'll regret it!

I honestly think it would look cute, she has a slim face which will look good with short/big hair. and if the fad passes like the girl below me seems to think, it's not like she's the only one with hair like that, and she could wear it up. but honestly i can't picture the fad passing, and i think it would look extremely cute :)
