I got a hair cut but i like it that time now i hate it because its too short and it makes my face very fat. I cut it almost 4 inches i have layered cut now i hate it. Tell me what should i do?I am very sad and i want my hair back plz help me.

Add some hair extensions. You can buy do-it-yourself kits in almost any hair product store. Leave your hair alone. Clips and pins will just draw attention to it. I'm sorry. I used to have a really short haircut too, but since summer is coming closer, your hair will grow out in those 3 months.

by best advise i can give you, is to wait a little bit longer than you normally would, and when you do go and get it done again, ask them to just trim the bottom, so you can grow it out, and ask them to leave the layered hair alone, every other hair cut, have them tidy up the layered ends. do that for about 6-7 months, and you should be in good shape.
